In my last blog I shared a process you can use to help you make changes in your life by evaluating what’s happening inside your head. I promised a sample to make it easier for you to work through and here it is.
How’s Your Head?
When is the last time you stopped to think…about what’s going on inside your head? So many people spend day after day just running on auto-pilot and not really tuning in to what goes on inside. It’s easy to get caught up in the “To Do” list, doing homework, taking care of the kids, your spouse, meeting work demands, playing taxi and if you get a spare moment hanging out with your friends.
Finding Your Inner Voice
Life is a series of adjustments. Learning new lessons, taking on new experiences. It’s all about how you handle the situations that come your way that determine the outcomes, level of happiness and strength of your voice. So let’s consider things from the animal side of the world…one of my favorite ways to observe life!
Leggo my EGO!

Are You Selfish about Your Lifestyle?
There are two potential ways to answer “yes” to this question. The first group will readily respond an energetic “Yes!” because they live a lifestyle that includes a healthy diet, exercise, balance and happiness. The second group will answer no because they don’t even see that their lifestyle is selfish. They life on a river in Egypt called Denial.
