How often do you really connect with somebody or something? When you make a solid connection you know it and it feels good all over. Now let me clarify that I’m not talking about a romantic connection, although it is full of warm fuzzies too. But what I’m referring to is making a connection that is so deep because you are totally in that moment–tuned in, fully present and absorbed.

When is the last time you stopped to think…about what’s going on inside your head? So many people spend day after day just running on auto-pilot and not really tuning in to what goes on inside. It’s easy to get caught up in the “To Do” list, doing homework, taking care of the kids, your spouse, meeting work demands, playing taxi and if you get a spare moment hanging out with your friends.
3 Simple things to help you feel better in no time
How did you fare over the holidays? Eat a little more than usual? Eat a bit more junk and sweets than you usually do? Have enought alcohol to last you for a month or two? You body is likely nudging you for a break and some detox to get 2012 off to a good start.
