When is the last time you stopped to think…about what’s going on inside your head? So many people spend day after day just running on auto-pilot and not really tuning in to what goes on inside. It’s easy to get caught up in the “To Do” list, doing homework, taking care of the kids, your spouse, meeting work demands, playing taxi and if you get a spare moment hanging out with your friends.

How did you fare over the holidays? Eat a little more than usual? Eat a bit more junk and sweets than you usually do? Have enought alcohol to last you for a month or two? You body is likely nudging you for a break and some detox to get 2012 off to a good start. It sounds a bit funny, I know. Midwestern/western girl involved with and crazy about an unsuspecting southern boy named Bubba. But it’s happened. And what a great time of year to meet someone, right before the new year. This way I can start off the new year totally committed to my new relationship and enjoy all the benefits.
