Don’t be fooled by fad diets
It’s that time of year. Whether you’ve made resolutions, goals, or mustered up the most determination you can…you’ve made the decision to get in better shape this year and take better care of yourself. That’s awesome, hurray for you!
The next step is to decide your plan of attack. It’s rather like alligators in the swamp, if you’re not careful you’ll get devoured by the latest trend or fad diet and end up in worse shape then when you started. That is most likely not your goal.
Hope, Faith and Joy: A Christmas Story
When Kevin and Karen found out they were expecting their first child and the baby would arrive in December they were ecstatic. Both Karen and Kevin were crazy about Christmas, were looking forward to welcoming their child into the world to help them celebrate in their favorite time of year.

Life can be so much easier than we make it. When we are babies it’s so simple: Hungry? Cry. Diapers wet or dirty? Cry. Happy? Smile, coo and giggle. We communicate what we need and want clearly.
There are no politics or hidden agendas or self-limiting beliefs when you’re a couple of months old.
