I’m still letting it digest. I put it out there, I set the goal, I created the visual images and visualized every morning what I would do in detail and sequence when it happened. And I fully expected it to happen, but this one was so big, that now that I’ve manifested what I visualized for the past five months, I’m still absorbing how it’s changed me.
I’ve been using visualizing for years, but last fall I found a new specific method that I began to use. The biggest difference in the process I now use daily in my meditation, is that it completely takes me out of “how” it will happen, and it has taught me how to turn my wishes and my dreams into a belief that these things “will” happen. And that right there was worth the price of admission.
What I’ve noticed the past five months is how powerful it is to wipe away the doubts (it really is just a choice you make), to fully embrace the belief in what it is you want, the dream you have, the goal you’ve set and the make it real as often as you can throughout the day. It gets repetitious and that’s the point! The frequency, and emotion you feel speed up the process and make it real.
Resources show up out of nowhere, synchronicity flows all day long and rapidly, the things you want to see that you’re visualizing are showing up. Your reticular activation system (RAS) has been engaged and is helping you reach your goals. Have you ever bought a new car and then saw that kind of car everywhere? That’s your RAS at work.
And remember, this works for creating any situation in your life, this is not just for material things. Whether it be a better relationship, new relationship, the promotion you want so badly, money for the European vacation, starting your volunteer or non-profit work. Getting a new home or enjoying your sports car or dream motorcycle.
It’s pretty incredible, being in a place of sheer awe for having manifested what I was working on three months faster than I expected I could do it. My celebration? (it was also part of the daily visualization process) this Friday I’m getting my first ever 90 minute massage and I can’t wait!
