Speaking of transformation!
When I shared my Go for Gold, 4 Steps to Train Your Brain for Success program, a couple of weeks ago I told the story about one of my clients who struggled with her weight all of her life (~100 pounds overweight) and how she was so scared to get off Jenny Craig (her crutch), yet her hair was falling out due to lack of nutrition from the frozen food.
When she faced her fears, her life changed—dramatically.
After she lost 50 pounds, she got stuck, so we set new goals for her to embrace the athlete she always wanted to be. Now she is the lowest she’s been since in her 20s (she’s knocking on 50 in a couple of years).
She sent me photos this past weekend, she’s lost 50 pounds since February.
She is eating healthier, working out consistently, playing tennis and softball (which she has always wanted to do).
AND she quit smoking last year, after 25 years…her biggest regret? She wishes she had done it years ago.
THIS is what transformation looks like when it’s weight loss.
