Welcome to March!
If you live in a winter climate like me, March 1st always seems like a step closer to warm weather.
Which I personally love. The days will be longer in a few days which boosts my inner motivation and tolerance of the cold.
Today I’m kicking off the month of March with some spring cleaning, well cleansing.
I’m taking inspired action to align myself with the flow into spring.
It’s important to take a time out from the routine patterns of consumption and give your body time to reset without the extras (for most people that includes sugar, stimulants, starch and spirits).
Do you know that I have a 28-day Cleanse for Clarity?
Most of my coaching clients start with the cleanse, along with balancing brain chemistry.
It makes a big difference in your level of day-to-day performance!
The biggest benefit—and why I do it is for the clarity of focus I gain, the improved energy, motivation and zest for life.
(That’s why I call it the Cleanse for Clarity.)
The side benefit (not the objective) is dropping a few of those extra pounds and feeling so much happier with the way your clothes fit.
It’s kind of a “Thank You” BONUS.
You know by now that I walk my talk.
I am pro-active about my heath and prioritize things that make me feel great physically.
If you’ve never looked at what this cleanse can do for you, you’ve got to check this out.
It’s amazing…just sayin’
There’s still time to join me if you’re ready to feel inspired.
I’m going on my Clarity Cleanse for the full 31 days of March…just ‘cos it feels like a good rhythm.
How Short Are Your Days?
What if your days were numbered?
If you have 90 days, or 60 or 30 or just 2, what would you do?
You’ve no doubt had this question posed to you before.
But…what would you do, what would be your priority?
If you have 90-days to generate a different result to keep your job.
If you have 60 days to find a resolution to a problem that will deliver a catastrophic ending.
If you have 30 days to take inspired action to save your marriage or your home.
What action would you take? What procrastination would you push aside?
What if you have 2 days left…to live. How would you spend the time?
Last week my 91 year old mother was taken to the hospital with bronchitis.
As she lay there not wanting to eat or drink, the medical team finally realized something else was off.
Her heart was only pumping at 20% of what it should be. It didn’t look good.
She’s had heart issues before…it seemed like she was giving up this time. Too weak to come back.
As they switched out her medication the outcome was unpredictable.
The risk of a heart attack substantial.
Today, she is sitting up and working to regain her strength…she’s ready to go home and be with my Dad (also 91).
Her quality of life changed overnight. Some of it may be forever changed.
She’s lived a good long life, but she’s not done yet. I’m grateful for that.
This is why you invest the time and discipline to take care of yourself, to improve your physical condition. To honor your body and what it needs.
This is why you commit to doing it now.
What’s most important to you?
Are you letting it guide what you do?
