Good Morning!

You’ve had plenty of distractions over the past few weeks. Do you remember what your intentions were for this year, what goals you set for second quarter, and what it was that was so important before this way of life change started that you were planning. or committed to doing?

If you did set goals, take a few minutes to review them and see how you’re doing on the path to reaching them. Because understandably, you may have been pulled off track. (If you haven’t set any goals yet, this is a great time to do it.)

Re-evaluate each of your goals and intentions and ask these questions:

  • Is this still my priority given the changes in events in 2020?
  • Do my goals and intention include at least one thing that brings me absolute joy?
  • Is money an issue, a source of stress? If so, what can I do to increase the amount of money I have stashed (on a weekly, month, quarterly and annual basis) to reduce the emergency scenario stress?

The more time you spend in joy, passion and happiness, the better you’ll feel.
