I reached out to Lori for coaching for our female administrators during the pandemic. The coaching was designed to empower them, help them find their voice, break down barriers to doing so, and establish practices to prioritize self-care boundaries. I offered the program to our female administrators during the pandemic and 17 signed up.
Participants didn’t just attend a six-week program, they engaged in a transformative journey that equipped them with practical tools to transform their behaviors and responses in the workplace. This was delivered with a strong emphasis on mindset and energy.
Each session was designed to be practical with a mix of instruction, class exercises, and homework. This approach ensured that attendees were actively involved in the process of owning their voices.
Additionally, each participant had a 30-minute private coaching session with Lori to address any specific issues they needed assistance with, making the program a truly hands-on experience.
During a recent meeting with my female leaders (before my retirement), they shared how profoundly the coaching had influence their leadership. They expressed that this work not only enhanced their professional lives, but also had a transformative effect on their personal growth. Some even went as far as to describe the program as life-altering.
Female leaders may struggle with owning their voice. I have personally worked with Lori on this. Lori has a no-excuse approach—meaning she doesn’t accept or tolerate excuses for not taking action, to helping women move beyond holding a leadership position to actively leading confidently and getting their voices hear. This approach is beneficial as it pushes participants to take responsibility for their growth and development. It also allows them to achieve new levels of success.
As a fellow advocate for female leaders, I strongly recommend those who could benefit from this training to contact Lori. I’ve seen firsthand the value of this investment in the lives and careers of our female administrators. It’s not just a program, it’s a pathway to personal and professional success that will yield significant returns.
