This process will help you clearly identify “why your goal matters.”

It is very effective at helping you:
1 – determine the real reason behind a goal you set (this keeps you going on those tougher days)
2 – validate if the “why” is a true motivator for you
3 – shines the light on whether you are “interested” in doing this, or COMMITTED
