Up, Up and Away
For some reason whenever I travel my brain opens up. I mean really opens up. As soon as the airplane lifts off the ground it’s as if the expanse of the sky has literally penetrated my brain with a huge influx of air as if to take the deepest breath I’ve had in months.

And what caught my attention is how happy they appear to be. Now before you start saying, “Well sure, if I had that kind of money I’d be happy too,” it’s more than that. My theory is that because their work is entrenched in their creative side and they get to create and be characters they aren’t as…um constrained as business women who are task driven.
Comic Coffee Relief
Do you like classic cars? How about comedians? Good conversations? Jerry Seinfeld has been creating his internet series for awhile now and I’ve watched them all. There is something about a good dose of humor, a classic car and being the observer of two comedians having a casual converstion that brings a lighter energy to the day.
What Kind of Person Are You?
I’m on this kindness thing this week. I can’t get it out of my head. The more I think, write and talk about it, the more it blows my mind. We can make such a big impact on those we meet on a daily basis just by coming from a place of kindness and compassion.
