Use this quick tip to reduce the ping pong (especially if you’re losing the game!)
Take a few minutes and write down 5 reasons why you want this “thing” you want.
Next write down 3 things it will do for you, for your company, your family, your kids…who will it benefit?
Are you convinced? Not yet…
Now make a list of the things that are scaring you.
What is fueling them? Memories of the past?
Concerns that you haven’t a clue what you’re doing?
How rational or true are these fears?
(FEAR happens when you looking too far ahead, or focused on the past.)
