What is the quality of your life today? Do you feel FREE or do you feel like a slave to your job, family, errands and deadlines? Do you plan for and determine the outcomes in your life or do you ride along on audo-pilot and let them be happen to you?

Do you get upset about things that happen? Or do you go with the flow knowing that everything that is happening in your life happens for a reason and it's all good? The events in our life happen for a reason, there are no accidents.

It's so easy to get stuck and feel totally trapped when you're in college. Even though it's been quite a few years, I remember it well. So much pressure with studies, work and relationships. And getting ready to make the big leap to the real world where you will ultimately be responsible. Exciting and scary at the same time. If you don't learn good habits and how to deal with stress in college, it will only get worse when you're on your own.

Inspiring Women through Women’s Vision Foundation

ANYTHING is possible: Once you upgrade your operating system. It was held at the Denver Country Club and we had a room full of about 70 women all anxious to learn how to change their beliefs to achieve ANYTHING they want to. The program included both group and individual exercises to help the women get a feel for how to make a significant shift in their thinking that will help them reach not just some--but ALL of their dreams. We also shared some great stories and laughs.

Last week I had the incredible opportunity to travel all over this great country and speak for three Universities that understand the importance of bringing more awareness to eating disorders. Drug and alcohol awareness are mandatory programs for most universities, but one of my goals is to help them understand that eating disorders are just are critical and need the same level of attention, if not more.
