Nutrition is the foundation of your health. Without good healthy nutrition you can’t improve your qualify of life and enjoy great health and boundless energy. So many illnesses and ailments are linked to nutrition but western doctors aren’t trained in nutrition so they prescribe medications and hope the patient gets better. A band-aid at best because it doesn’t address the root of the problem and doesn’t begin the healing process.
