Good Morning!

You’ve made it to another Friday. How’s your patience, your courage, your energy and your outlook on life? There is more good news surfacing. Today is a great day to exhale some of the stress and chaos.

Natural Immune Booster:

Plan time this weekend to do something fun and out of the ordinary (yes, being at home for this long is out of the ordinary) that will make you laugh, or bring awesome memories close to your heart.

  • Dig out an old photo album (I still have them) and remember fun trips, special occasions or events
  • Play a game you haven’t played in years (if you mental capacities are tapped use Google for ideas)
  • Jump rope, dust off the hula hoop
  • Make a new recipe
  • Clip out photos of places you want to visit, things you want to do and put them in a special box

By shifting your energy off of what doesn’t feel good – you’ll find a space to create things that DO feel good.
