Mind Sanitizer Day 25

Good Morning!

This is rather like running a marathon at times, isn’t it? Keeping your energy up, your head clear and focused on the goal to reach the finish line; in this case of freedom to return to more of a normal life routine.

Natural Immune Booster:

Writing can be incredibly beneficial for the brain and the soul.

Take a few minutes today to write down what’s happening in your world.

  • What are you noticing?
  • What do you have more awareness of than you did before this time at home started?
  • What good things have come from this? (You’re not paying taxes today!)
  • What do you see that you will make a commitment to improve on?

Write them down and keep them close so you’ll have daily reminders of what you want to do.
