Set the timer on your phone every hour today.

When the timer goes off, stop and ask yourself how you’re feeling (happy, disappointed, frustrated, excited).

If your mood is down, re-tune your thoughts to a different channel (thoughts you’re focused on), one that makes you feel great!

At the end of the day, you’ll have more energy, more laughter, and more patience.
