How’s your courage today, sense of humor, creative muscles? Today’s video will bring you back to something that will immediately change your energy and help you feel lighter, happier, and even more optimistic.

Natural Immune Booster:

  • Once an hour today, get up and stretch, walk around the house, or your current office and breath in some fresh air
  • Take 5 minutes today at lunch and think about the last time you laughed so hard you nearly cried, or peed your pants (that was a good one!)
  • Write down 3 good things that have happened to you – or your family in the last two weeks.
