Good Morning,

Ready to cleanse your mind as you begin the day to empower yourself to think thoughts that support you vs. tear you down and fill you with fear?

Natural Immune Booster:

Breathe, breathe, breathe.

  • Set the timer on your phone to 9 minutes.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Inhale and exhale deeply – work from the count of 3 up to 10 for each inhale and exhale if you can.
  • Keep your eyes closed, find your rhythm and continue to breathe deeply.
  • If any thoughts come up to distract you, swipe them away just like you would do on your iPad or phone.
  • Breathe, breathe, breathe.
  • This will calm you, lower your heart rate, and bring you to a more peaceful place.
  • Be present, in this moment – know that everything is okay.
  • Do not worry about the future, do not dwell on the past, you are here now.
