Here’s another Mind Sanitizer, since we’re still living with limits…we’re still in “time out.” Maybe now this is more about Mind Sanity!
Let’s take a look at what’s possible for you today…
Natural Immune Booster:
- As the weather improves, schedule time to get outside and soak up some vitamin D and fresh air! Unplug – it’s so easy when working from home to just keep working. Resist the urge and reduce your stress.
- While it’s important to have quality time with the family, and family pets, remember to take time for YOU
- Put a sign on your office or bedroom door that says “I’ll be available at “X” time, and give yourself 30 minutes to calm your nerves
- Take 10 deep breaths
- Write down at least three things that you’re grateful for
- If meat supply is short, what a great opportunity to add more fresh fruits and veggies, legumes and quinoa (come visit my side of the world)
- If you got a little carried away with comfort food and your vino, this is a perfect time to exhale and clean up your intake, and improve your health
- Keep your focus on what you CAN do – it’s a powerful way to change your outlook, and attitude
