It is 2026, the New Year has arrived!
How did you greet it, with curiosity like Nanook and Snowi did from the guest room?
Were you dreading it, hung over? There are many possible ways to ring in the new year.
The wonderful thing is it’s all about possibilities.
The only limitations are the ones you put in place, out of FEAR, or your need to CONTROL, or CHASING what you want DESPERATELY.
By contrast, there is also EASE, BREATHING, and STILLNESS.
How much of that did you prioritize and enjoy during the past two weeks?
The past year was full of reflection, insights, a bit of hibernation and a whole lot of growth for me. I find myself now ready to emerge and get back on the path of supporting, inspiring and leading amazing women… along with the organizations and men who support them.
You are capable of doing so much, when you learn to stop pushing, and attempting to force things into place the way you think they belong – where you think they need to be, and at the time you want them to happen. We call that RESISTANCE.
It’s not a great approach to life if you want to enjoy love, fulfillment, prosperity and happiness.
And like the wine label I saw recently recommended you can “DO EPIC SHIT” without wearing yourself out (or feeling like crap from the tannins).
I’ve been invited to speak for an N.A.H.S.E executive conference in Houston on the 31st.
I’m looking forward to the opportunity to meet with these individuals to offer guidance, inspiration and keys to improve their workplace culture.
