LHI Coaching Agreement: Elite Executive

This Coaching Program Agreement is made between Lori Hanson International (LHI) and the undersigned client (client).
LHI and client agree to the following:

  • Elite Executive Coaching Program Terms and Agreement

  • Client is entering into this high-level Performance Coaching Program where Lori Hanson, The Success Whisperer, will personally provide private business and life coaching to client over a consecutive twelve month period.
  • Lori is committed to holistic health and nutrition. This includes creating whole body and brain chemistry balancing as part of your program. She may recommend nutritional amino acids to balance your brain, and other natural nutritional supplements to promote gut health, reduce inflammation and fuel your body naturally for maximum performance and results.
  • This is an EXTRAORDINARY Coaching Program. It requires your highest level of focus, energy and commitment. Each coaching session is focused on you.

    The results you receive will be a direct result of the ACTION you take and applying what you learn during your coaching sessions (and homework).

    Coaching is a transformational journey—growth comes from being committed, taking action, reflecting on results and making adjustments. You’ll receive Lori’s guidance and the accountability you need to create your vision and begin the journey to the “next-level” of success – as you define it.
    Lori helps you blast through barriers, shift your mindset, improve your confidence, voice, and mind-body connection.

    This Elite Executive program will help you create the momentum for moving forward to where you want to be.
  • I agree to show up to sessions prepared, focused, open, and ready to explore ALL possibilities that show up during our sessions together. Both in-person and virtual.

    If homework was assigned, I will provide one-day in advance of my session.
  • I agree to fully commit to my appointments. If meeting by phone, or web meeting I will be in a quiet place where I am free of distractions, can talk freely and privately, and I am not driving or multi-tasking.
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to take action on my goals and commitments. Coach Lori is not an accountability “partner.”
  • I agree to provide 24-hour notice for monthly sessions if I need to reschedule—or I will forfeit my session.
  • I agree to book travel plans for quarterly In-person sessions at least 6-weeks in advance.
    l commit to arrive at least 1-day in advance for US locations, and 2-days in advance for international locations. This provides time to ensure that I am grounded, rested and ready for our transformative work together.
  • I agree to provide a minimum of 6-weeks notice if a change in travel plans is required, or I will forfeit the in-person session.
  • My Coaching Package includes:
    4 -Quarterly In-person transformative 3-Day sessions at global destinations agreed to at start of my program. (Travel costs are not included)
    18 -Private coaching calls to be used within twelve consecutive months (45-60 mins)
    Optional: 12-month membership in Women’s Forum included ($1,200 value)
  • Elite Executive Performance Coaching is $87,300 with full prepayment by check or ACH, or
    Twelve (12) monthly installments of $8,085.

    If paying monthly installments, I agree to remit payments via pre-authorized automatic credit or debit card which will be charged every month on the same date as the first payment and will continue for twelve months. I understand that my coaching program requires my full commitment and does not include an “opt-out” clause, payments are not refundable.
  • By entering into this Performance Coaching Program Agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the program terms as outlined above. I understand and agree that, by completing and signing this enrollment form my credit card(s) will be charged (or ACH processed) for the investment described above for my inclusion in this exclusive coaching program.
