Professional Experience
I spent 30 years climbing the ladder in Corporate America. I understand the struggles of women, managing controlling bosses and what is required to reach the top. I worked in in sales, project management and consultancy. I enjoyed financial success and had many loyal clients, but it was never enough, I needed more.
After completing my first book, I decided it was time to leave behind that part of my life and move on to start inspiring successful, talented women, like you!
Personal Experience
Everything I teach, I have used myself. I love to share my stories of life in corporate America but also the stories from my personal life.
I have a long history of using bulimia to avoid dealing with stress and life. I was also in a verbally abusive marriage. I use the stories of my life to show how I overcame these obstacles; what strategies I used to take control of my life, gain confidence and empower myself to being the successful coach you see before you. If I can do it, you can do it too! I have walked the walk and I want to inspire you to honor yourself, your health and listen to your body.
